Il trouve son origine dans la commande d'am\u00e9nagement de la brasserie et du restaurant milanais Spl\u00fcgen Br\u00e4u, du nom d'une bi\u00e8re italienne au nom allemand brass\u00e9e par Carlsberg pr\u00e8s de Milan.
