Horgenglarus is the oldest chair and table manufacturer in Switzerland, founded in Horgen in 1880 and based in Glarus since 1902. The company is known for classics such as the "Classic" wooden chair from 1918 and has worked with architects such as Haefeli, Moser and designers such as Max Bill and David Chipperfield. Production is still carried out in Glarus today - with a focus on craftsmanship, wood bending technology and durable design.
