Drahtstuhl „Modell 420“ von Harry Bertoia (1915–1978) für Knoll International. Gefertigt aus Stahl, entworfen in den 1950er Jahren. Der Stuhl verfügt über schwarz lackierte Kufenfüsse und einen organisch geformten Sitz aus weissem Stahldraht.

Harry Bertoia (1915-1978) was an Italian-American artist and designer. He worked in the fields of sculpture, furniture and jewellery design. In the 1950s, he designed his famous wire chair models for Knoll, including the so-called Bertoia Chair. At the same time, he developed metal sculptures and so-called Sonambient sound objects, in which movement and sound play a central role.
