Eames Sidechair

Charles (1907-1978) and Ray Eames (1912-1988) were an American designer couple who were among the most influential designers of the 20th century. Together they developed furniture classics such as the Eames Lounge Chair, the Plastic Chair and the Aluminium Chair - often using innovative materials such as plywood, fibreglass or aluminium. In addition to furniture design, they also worked in the fields of architecture, graphics, film and exhibition design.
